2-rooms apartment in the city-center area. Feels like cottage house with the marvelous garden view. 5 minutes walk to Peremogy square, walking distance to Lva Tolstogo square and Botanical Garden. The apartment has all the kitchen facilities. Spacious bedroom and dining room. It is close to the famous Lukyanivska market as well as 2 big supermarkets. An extremely cozy balcony for work&chill, and nice silent garden for picnic. The appartment is secured by alarm system AJAX. 2 min to the shelter.
