Close to typical restaurants where you will enjoy fondue, raclette and other Savoyard dishes, not to mention the fish from the lake... The 85 m2 house is located on a 950 m2 lot on which you will find games for your children and a beautiful sheltered terrace.

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

This newly renovated, 68m² ground-floor apartment in a detached chalet sleeps up to 6 guests in a quiet location. The duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living/dining area, smart TV, fibre-optic internet, and two bathrooms (one en suite). Its spacious east-facing entrance provides stunning views of Mont Blanc Massif, including Aiguille du Midi and Aiguilles du Drus. Outside is a small private deck (with table & chairs) and open garden.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
