In front of our house, the gite opens onto a shared garden with direct access to the water. Unique setting to relax on our small island where a canoe is at your disposal, swimming allowed. Our troglodyte is located on the outskirts of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace, and a barbecue. This unusual, charming home can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center (10 min walk), you can park your car in the small private parking lot and visit Loches, which was awarded 3 stars by the Guide Vert in 2026. You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceaux, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor...

This farmhouse, which is also our secondary residence, is located in a small hamlet in the countryside, close to the prestigious sites of the Loire Valley and Cher (Chenonceau 15 km, Royal City of Loches 12 km and state forest 6 km, Montrésor, Amboise, Chaumont...). Fields as far as the eye can see and birdsong for company. The interior decor combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. No events or parties are allowed.
