Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Located on 1.6 acres of land, Heron’s Cove is the perfect place to unplug with access to Lake Champlain from the backyard down a tended path. Kayaks, a row boat, and life jacks are provided! 20 minutes from Plattsburgh NY and 1 1/2 hours from Montreal and Burlington VT. In St-Armand🇨🇦, a small house ideal as a pied-à-terre for visiting the area/wine route. 3 km from the border, near 133, it allows you to visit Vermont without sleeping in the United States. With a bedroom (double bed + single inflatable mattress), a living room with smart TV without cable for your subscriptions (Netflix…), a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower and a dining room. There is double parking. It's a modest house near the neighbors and the noisy road.
