Bring your boat/fishing gear to the adjoining boat launch, or use our kayaks! Year-round, enjoy the view of the lake! Watch boats go onto the lake from the comfort of our screened-in porch, & watch the birds from the wildlife lookout next door! Please read all descriptions, my place is a little rustic! :)

Auntie’s Lakeside Cottage

Relax on Lake Champlain with family or friends! Our cozy two bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

Welcome to our cozy, 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area in Chazy, NY/Lake Champlain. We are located within a marina on the Great Chazy River, 1/4 mile away from the Chazy boat launch. Easy access to launch your boat, kayak, paddleboard, etc. The snowmobile trail is accessible from our driveway. Docks available with an extra fee if you are coming with your boat. Fishing is available from our docks or at the boat launch. Please message with any questions.
