Independent house with enclosed courtyard, 38m2 terrace and 40m2 sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room as well as a bathroom (Italian shower and 150 bathtub) + wc. On the top floor, the renovated attic offers a large space with 2 single beds.

And not that...we also welcome the less athletic:-) We welcome you in a small corner of our home for a peaceful moment of relaxation and sharing! Located in the municipality of Châteauneuf sur Isère, 200 meters from a bike path and in the middle of the orchards, the accommodation we offer is a studio with the bedroom upstairs, adjoining our house.

Pleasant family home rental between Vercors and Ardèche, 5 minutes from the TGV train station and 15 minutes from the highway. Come and recharge your batteries in the middle of the orchards, ideal for a relaxing or professional stay. Possibility of many walks, visits and discoveries of the area. You can enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue area in this very quiet place, games for children, foosball. Our garden is not fenced.
