Riverside Cottage

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. We have bees and are pleased to show how we are nurturing our hive. Our gardens are beautiful and guests are welcome on both properties. As Super Hosts we do our best to make your stay memorable🌻

This bright, spacious apartment features a private bathroom, outdoor hot tub, private entrance and two private decks. The apartment is located on the second floor of our beloved farmhouse. Enjoy the views from the outdoor hot tub or the south-facing deck or enjoy miles of walking trails through our pasture and forest. Get away from it all when you stay in this scenic, small cabin that features a king size bed, cozy fireplace, kitchenette with fridge and 2-burner propane cooktop only 5 miles north of Malone easily accessible off Rt. 30. Only 10 minutes to the Trout River border crossing to Canada. 20 minutes south gets you to a prestigious 36-hole PGA golf course. Just a few minutes more and you can ski at Titus Mountain. Hosts live on property and invite you enjoy the sounds of the Trout River.

Welcome to the Adirondack Hideout on Chateaugay Lake. Featuring spectacular lakefront views & a spacious floor plan with a granite kitchen and two private bedrooms, a pullout couch as well as 4 cots. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, and features a sandy shoreline for swimming or fishing. Five single kayaks, 2 tandem kayaks, a paddle boat, row boat , life jackets ,outdoor games, a firepit and spotlights are available for guest use. A nearby public sandbar is reachable for use.
