Located 5 minutes from the Paris-Rennes road, 6-7 minutes from Vitré, 30 minutes from Rennes, 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel, you will enjoy the assets of the region in peace.

The Tertre de la Nouette

The cottage is located on the first floor of a newly renovated stone farmhouse, in the heart of a hamlet. The entrance is independent (access via an external staircase). You can park in front of the garage of the house. A terrace and a small garden are also available. This place is ideal if you want peace and quiet in a preserved environment. Bike & walking trails are numerous in the area. The Chateaubriant/Guipry Messac greenway is 5 km from the house.

La Belle Jeannette, Nice 3-star country cottage

Gite in the countryside, fully equipped and renovated in a 17th century longhouse part, set in a small hamlet surrounded by fields and forests. Between La Gacilly and the megalithic site of St-Just, 10 km from Redon and all its amenities. We have ponies: children who want to help feed and care for them are more than welcome! A small private garden equipped with a garden table, barbecue and swing to enjoy the outdoors in peace.

Studio – 1-3 beds

The studio was renovated in May 2024 and is at the guest's disposal. A sofa bed is in the main room but for the comfort of guests it is a real double mattress, so it is not usable as a sofa. There is a single bed in the bedroom. The kitchen consists of an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge. Fully equipped with dishes and utensils Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. IMPORTANT STEEP STAIRCASE FOR ACCESS

We offer part of a home that can accommodate 2 adults, with a large bedroom, equipped with a kitchenette (Ideal for a couple and two children). For employee bookings over several weekdays, the maximum capacity will be 2 people. Place for hikers, cyclists... etc. Located not far from the Vilaine towpath and at the foot of the Sentier des Biches.
