A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. Our lovely apartment is in an attic of a beautiful house built at the end of XIX century. It is a very bright and modern place with a creative flair. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).

Our Zweifach Minilofts are ideal for up to 4 people. Within their 40 sqm there is a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.

The Studioloft is located in a very calm and safe area of Berlins finest district of Charlottenburg at Holtzendorffstrasse and of course fully furnished and completely equipped for dayly needs. The beautiful lake Lietzensee, the shopping street Wilmersdorfer Strasse, the subway line 7, several bus lines and a lot of very good international restaurants, shops and bars are in closest vicinity.
