“Jill was an outstanding host who responded almost instantly and was incredibly helpful. They provided us with detailed directions on where to park and how to find the tiny house. The house is definitely more spacious than we thought and decorated wonderfully. The location is absolutely unbeatable as well. You are in the heart of downtown Charlevoix and able to walk anywhere. Given the opportunity, we would love to stay here again!”
A cozy, private, romantic cottage with dog-friendly, fenced-in back yard and fire pit. Central a/c, WiFi, Smart TV. Queen bed, full kitchen, beautiful bathroom with deep tub (and shower). Spacious main room with fireplace. Separate dining and office area. Charming ambience with lots of art! Off-street parking with a turnaround for an RV or boat. Sorry, no cats. Check it out!
“My husband and I had a wonderful retreat at John’s Artist’s cottage! The space is sparkling clean, filled with natural light and tasteful art - it’s his studio after all! It is a wonderful place to relax and rewind, both indoors and outdoors. Little touches like farm-fresh eggs left for us in a basket made our stay even better. We loved being able to walk to the beach, downtown, restaurants, and ice cream. We had an absolutely perfect stay and would love to visit again.”
This 200 ft. tiny house is tucked nicely away in the beautiful northern Michigan woods. Its light and airy space is comfy and bright, without being too constricting, it is only a 2.5 miles from downtown Charlevoix.
“This spot was so lovely and perfect — Elizabeth didn’t miss one thing when it came to providing a ton of extra special touches and overall being great to talk to. I will give feedback from an accessibility standpoint though the photos and description are accurate — if you’re a moderately fat person (🙋♀️) you will struggle with many things here. The ladder to the sleeping area is terrifying, even for my thinner husband it is steep going up and coming down, especially is you pee a lot in the night, is like taking your life into your own hands. Speaking of the bathroom, you have to shimmy by the full size pedestal sink to use the toilet, which gets old. Also, it rained both nights of our stay so we sat inside at the kitchen table, which is also, you guessed it — tiny! Even my husband had a very hard time fitting in comfortably. The last thing from a general preference standpoint, there are bible verses EVERYWHERE and that is off putting for me and I assume many others. Bravo to Elizabeth for providing such a special, unique experience, all things considered we had a lovely stay thanks to her work!”
