Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The home is surrounded by trees in the the Charlevoix Country Club community. It is just 3 miles from downtown Charlevoix. There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
