The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. The James Island Suite is a beautiful converted garage apartment located in iconic Charleston, SC. This suite is equipped with a walk in closet, bathroom, kitchenette, queen bed and spacious a living area. Conveniently located 15 min from Folly beach and 15 min from downtown Charleston. We are pet friendly with a small $50 pet fee (total for stay, not per night).

Mother in Law in James Island Riverland Terrace

The property is in our back yard, We are a family of 5 with a dog. We have lived here since 2005 and we love James island Charleston , we built the mother in law suite to receive family. The mother in law suite is a studio that has a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with a stove and oven. We have a dog and we keep her in our house most of the time.

The Cedar House Rules

Our tiny home tries really hard to be as wonderful as the cedar tree it sits next to. It even dressed itself in fancy cedar siding and lathered itself with tung oil. And although its efforts may have failed (it's hard to top mother nature), a definite theme has been born. Runner-up names included 'Hail, Cedar!' and '20,000 Leagues Beneath the Cedar.'
