At the property heated swimming pool, snooker room, mezzanine, cinema, with over 100 dvds, (functions with Wifi &USB). Outside summer kitchen, plancha, 2 fridge/ freezer/ sinks/BBQ (also fully equipped interior kitchen). Garden table sits 20 people, patio, play area, childrens toys. Weekends all day Sunday included.

The House located in the countryside offers its guests a real break from the serenity. This peaceful accommodation is ideal for relaxation for the whole family and friends: quiet, comfortable to enjoy every moment spent there. It took us 8 years to completely renovate this house that we particularly love! A garden welcomes you to enjoy the outdoors (Please note a staircase leads from the living room to the garden through a French window).

Walked and found the Auvergne – find the beauty!

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new place. You'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

Close to nature, the chain of Puys, Vulcania, (40 km), the Massif du Sancy, the body of water of Les Fades-Besserve. Many curiosities nearby (hiking trails, ponds, rivers...).
