“Fabulous quiet and well equipped cabin, perfect place to stay. Susan was extremely helpful and quick to respond, particularly as we needed to change our schedule due to the Covid issues. I would highly recommend staying here and cannot praise the room or Susan enough .”
Our Barn 2 story offers 2/4 guest accommodation, it is separate from our family home, recently decorated, offering a cosy/secluded space with a open plan kitchen/living area. French doors open onto a decking area with a private terrace to one side offering views across the garden and fields which open up to beautiful local walks. Hever Castle is only 1.3 miles and Hever Golf Club 0.5 miles. There are so many places of interest to visit Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone Castle, Chartwell, Knole..
“The barn was sparkling clean, elegantly decorated- exactly like the pictures! It was set up with everything we needed; the kitchen had every utensil possible, the shower was great, bed was comfortable. The surrounding area was very peaceful, we went for lovely walks through endless fields (as city dwellers we normally don't see so much green!). I would recommend a car, as it is over an hours walk to the nearest shop (but only 5-10 mins by car)- although we didn't mind. Although the barn is in relatively close proximity to the main house, we had plenty of privacy and felt fully comfortable to make use of the front garden/ patio/ bbq. The occasional visit from Stan the dog was a bonus! Would recommend and will visit again.”
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS FREE PARKING AVAILABLE AND THE PRIVATE ROOM INCLUDES ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM.
“An immaculate room with en-suite in a beautiful setting. Peace and quiet and fresh air, matched with a great welcome and superb hospitality make for a wonderful stay with great countryside in every direction.”
