Independent accommodation with stone walls and private courtyard. This quiet and mythical place in the heart of the old town is located on the banks of the Loire and close to vineyards such as: Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire. About 2 hours from Paris and 10 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station, you will also be close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Enjoy this charming cottage, located on a one-hectare property with a swimming pool, tennis court (damaged...) and pétanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been fully renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle with three remaining towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is available near the cottage.

It is in our wooded park 2.5 hours from Paris that we offer for rent the wing of our castle( minimum 2 nights out of season and weekly from Saturday to Saturday for the summer season July August ) . In the heart of nature, crossed by the GR Saint Jacques de Compostelle, our wing will offer you a magnificent view in a family setting, quiet, but also with various activities: hiking, tennis, ping-pong, petanque, and an unheated indoor pool (closed during certain seasons).

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

In addition to its exceptional environment, you will find nearby the towns of La Charité-sur-Loire, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Nevers, various wine hillsides or the Loire.

You also have access to the Domaine's wellness area: heated pool in season, 37°C Scandinavian bath, and sauna. These amenities are shared with the guests in the other three houses.
