A small colorful nest for 1 or 2 people, the time to discover Burgundy, in the heart of Auxois, in the hamlet of Fontette, municipality of Saint mesmin (21). Fully equipped gite apartment. 1 white cat is in the garden in spring and summer; it will certainly come to visit you. The house is for sale, including the studio. The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

The cottage is available for our guests in winter and summer with a TV and library area as well as a kitchen with everything you need. You can enjoy the garden and summer kitchen (barbecue).
