Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Equipped kitchen, Senséo, filter coffee machine, raclette set, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, bathroom, washing machine, iron, living room/TV. Pergola and garden furniture. Great War sites, rail bike, greenway… Linens and towels not provided (on request with surcharge) return the accommodation clean because we charge very little for this item so as not to increase the nightly price.

GITE DU PETIT PAYSAN - Relaxation among horses

Rest at Les Granges, in an old dairy farm and filming location of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style – the place located in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - All comforts: one TV per room. Electricity is extra. Read the house rules carefully. Free firewood. No pets in the bedrooms, please. Linens provided and beds made. Mosquito nets everywhere.

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Quiet house in 1 small village 15 minutes from Langres, its ramparts, its 4 lakes, and its national forest park. Swimming, water activities, walking or biking, walks, fishing, nearby tours. 45 minutes from Dijon. Also ideal for a quiet break, with children, on the way to the holidays.
