This stylish, charming, secluded apartment in the Châlet-Holz section is suitable for 4 people (112 m2) and extends over two floors with its own entrance, a 52 m2 terrace with a panoramic view of the lake and the entire Alpine chain with its king, Mont Blanc. The ground-floor apartment is located alone on the lower level of the garden and is occupied by me. The two residential units are not connected. Only the outside staircase from the car park to the 1st garden level is shared.
