The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. Upon arrival, an access code will be provided that will allow you to open the entrance door. It is distributed in an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bedroom in which is the double bed (1.40x2.00) with bedding and full bathroom with shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen amenities with dishwasher, fridge, Italian coffee machine, air conditioner, iron, bathroom equipped with towels, dryer and gel, as well as TV and Wifi (fiber 600 mb) whose operation is detailed once the reservation is made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. The apartment is completely available to the guest and you can make use of all the elements described on the web., but you cannot access common areas of the building, such as indoor patios, azotea or stay on the stair landing. Access can be done without a person waiting to open them, as being a separate access from the street and having a security box with key to the entrance can be accessed freely once the access code is provided. A door key set is provided inside the box at the entrance to the apartment. In case of loss, a surcharge of €35 will be charged to make a replacement copy. The apartment has internet (fiber of 600 mb) and television with USB port, in case you want to bring your own movies, as well as the DTT with the conventional channels in Spanish and SMARTV. Out of respect for other guests, parties or smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

Elegant apartment in majestic area

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.

On one floor is the living room with a sofa bed, smart TV, fully equipped integrated kitchen and bathroom with a huge wall-to-wall shower and radiator to dry towels. On the other floor is the spacious bedroom with huge closets and a reading area with a comfortable sofa and lamp, as well as a washing machine area with an indoor clothesline and ironing equipment. The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning and high-speed internet.
