Dos habitaciones, individual y doble , un living room con un sofa cama muy comodo , dos baños. En uno de los barrios más bonitos de Madrid, Chamberí, al lado del famoso barrio de Moncloa. Muy cerca del centro, pero con el silencio y la tranquilidad . Rodeado de restaurantes, cafés, bares y tiendas. Pasea por el barrio castizo de Chamberí, vete de compras a la famosa Calle Fuencarral y camina hasta el centro dando un bonito paseo. Tiene ascensor.

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
