A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

Unique tiny home in lovely location

The Dairy is a unique and beautifully renovated tiny home, with an open plan living area and a mezzanine sleeping deck. The property is set in a peaceful secluded valley, only 5 minutes drive from the market town of Tavistock. There is a south facing deck, equipped with barbecue and sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The sleeping area has limited head height and is accessed by ladder only, please do not book if this is at all challenging for you.

Dogs welcome. The historic cottage (grade 2 listed) was refurbished to a high standard. Renewable energy sources: solar and biomass.

We are located 2 miles from the historic town of Tavistock, 3 miles from spectacular Dartmoor and from popular mountain bike trails, making this a great destination for walkers, runners and cyclists.
