It has 5 rooms, 2 living rooms and a large garden. It is furnished with new and very stylish items. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 minutes to the centre of Çeşme. It is 15 minutes away from the centre of Alaçatı. There is sports equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The windows that open onto the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.

1+0 Apartment in Çeşme Center

Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, has a separate entrance and is 40 square metres. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centres and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

CUMBALICA BOUTIQUE HOTEL, consisting of 16 1+1 suite apartments, was built by a Greek musician in the 1800s, restored in 2000 and opened in May 2022. Its central location, view, bay windows and seaside are the privileged features of our hotel. The round stone pier in front of the hotel has umbrellas and sun loungers belonging to the hotel. Thermal water comes out of the sea 500 m from the hotel. This ensures that the sea is always warm and a source of healing.

We have a guest house in our elevation difference garden. Below garden usage is only for our guests, 1 min walk to the beach, there are sun beds however they are belong to the other residents. You can use the umbrellas with your own seats. We have a remarkable see, 1 km to ERYTHRAI antique city, 10 min driving to Ilica, 20 min driving to Alacati, 40 min drive to Urla. Our sofa can turn to a bed.
