Our villa is also the central location of Alaçatı, 4-6 min walk to the village bazaar,with air conditioning, no parking problems, easy to reach, close to grocery stores (Shock,A101, Migros,Macrocenter). It has a large and spacious lounge, 3 spacious terraces at the front and back, a double bed in one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a double bed in the other room, its own en-suite bathroom and its own terrace. You can get away from the crowd of Alaçatı and choose it for a quiet, calm and peaceful holiday.

Our villa is located in the region. It is 1.5 km away from Ilıca beach, 3km from Alaçatı bazaar. It has 272m2 area and has 160m2 usage area. Our pool is 8.4 32m2. Keypad entry on the outside door, Air conditioning in all rooms upstairs, 4 sunbeds and mats BBQ Hair dryer Iron and ironing board TV BOX in the lounge, all kinds of tools are available in the kitchen, mosquito nets are installed on all our doors and balconies. Note: The pool is taken care 3 days a week.

Perfect stay for your short/long term vacation in Cesme with the best location. It’s a 5 min walk to the famous Ilica Beach and 15 min walk to Alacati Town with great restaurants, cafes, nightlife, designer shops! Everything is newly renovated, it’s a very bright house with a lot of sunlight coming in and you will love the relaxing feeling of seeing the private pool and banana trees right in front of the house.
