In the dalyan yacht of Çeşme, 4 rooms with sea views, in a super location, panoramic sea and marina views are unique, where you can feel the magnificent coolness on the hottest days, completely renovated with furniture,all rooms are spacious with a balcony, 3 double 3 single beds, 3 bathrooms and toilets are brand new, the view is cool, be our guest if you like quality and enjoyment, the rooms have air conditioning, there is a fireplace for winter, the walls are insulated, it is cool in the warm summer in winter.

We opened our new unit in 2020. As it is an independent building you have your private area and you can be in touch with others as much as you prefer. The small garden and patio in front of the building are for your private use. We try to create a cozy and friendly atmosphere with a colorful interior. At this house, we have a reverse osmose water filter system. You do not need to buy drinking water. In all our houses we use ecofriendly material for a better world.

Sea of Tranquility @ Çeşme

Located within the Alaçatı district, our newly decorated home is in a quiet neighborhood but within a short walking distance to shopping, supermarket and to the beach and a very short drive to dining and entertainment center and the world renowned Alaçatı Windsurf beach as well as the bus terminal, hospital, dentist, even hardware store. Travel to/from the Izmir (ADB) Airport takes about 60 minutes on a 3-lane motorway with almost always light traffic.

Centrally located, this place has easy access to everything as a whole group. - 5km to Alaçatı - 2km to the center - 2 km to Alaçatı port , boheme beach and before sunset - complete Greek islands,sea and nature views that will never be closed quietly - delightful hours with a large garden -Our rooms have a parent bathroom. There are 3 bathrooms. Nearest grocery store 100 meters There are minibuses everywhere from the garden door of the house.
