The Loft on the Lake

Charming loft of about 38 square meters consisting of a single room with kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, window with a view of the lake and mezzanine with wooden futon double bed; the bathroom is covered in terracotta and slate, shower cabin and hairdryer. Located in the lower part of the historic village, Il Loft del Lago is located 50 meters from Piazza del Molo and 20 meters from Piazza del Lavatoio, a few meters from restaurants and clubs, very close to the lakeside beach.

CasaCucù

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

The strategically placed villa offers the opportunity to visit Rome without having to deal with the constant noise and pollution of the city.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Casa del Girasole is located in Roma Norte, a few kilometers from the train station. For your trips from "Cesano di Roma" station to "Casa del Girasole" and vice versa, we'll take care of it! Residential area, quiet and with greenery, for those who want to relax just 30 minutes from Roma San Pietro and Valle Aurelia (Metro A) and 50 minutes from Roma Trastevere, Ostiense and Tiburtina (Metro B). Anguillara, Bracciano, Trevignano and Lake Martignano are just a few kilometers away.
