Beach, supermarkets and bakeries can be reached within a 7-9 minute drive. From the side of a small mountain it provides an elevated view towards the ocean.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The studio is located on the ground floor of a character house in the village of Linguizzetta, due to its position it offers a breathtaking view of a panorama from the mountain to the sea with the island of Monte Cristo in front, The village is 380 m above sea level and 12 km from the sea and shops. a kitchenette area and a shower room complete this 16 m2 studio. Outside, there's a porch with a table and a garden with armchairs.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a fully fenced private garden and a shaded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. The residence allows direct access to the beach.
