Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside, through the garage via the outside stairs. Totally separate We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away.

Once you have worked up an appetite in the surf head to the local Tavern which is also under 500m walk from the property. 1100sqm of land with lots of space for the kids/doggies to explore without even leaving the plot. Also has an enclosed fence to keep those little tykes from getting too far.

Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).

We've utilised the large shed into a fully equipped games room and there's plenty of parking on the driveway for your boat. This really is a 'home away from home'!
