What guests are saying:“We only spent an overnight here. The host was great. We arrived late and she was there to meet us and get us checked in. The place was clean. We were super impressed with the little extras. There was a refrigerator loaded with bottles of water and a basket with various snacks such as crackers and cheese and chips. That was good to see after driving about twelve hours to get there. Although we didn't use it, there was a paper with info on local dining etc. This was a separate, private entrance small apartment. The hostess lived right next door and emphasized to text her if we needed anything. We didn't because she thought of everything. It was a nice stay.”

Intimate little treehouse cottage perfect for one or two guests, sorry not intended for groups. This is a private little get away for yourself, a couple, or two great friends. Spend a relaxing few days on a quiet street in a restored 1933 treetop carriage house unit.

The kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and microwave prevented me from having to go out to eat. The sitting area is comfortable and everything is super clean and so nicely decorated. Best of all, the bed was comfortable. A little extra perk is the neighborhood is charming and the flowers and ornamental shrubs were beginning to bloom. Melanie was quick to reply to questions. I hope it’s available for my next trip and that I’ll have more time to visit the surrounding attractions.”
