It has a double bed, a full bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils). Located in the center of Guanajuato, just 5 minutes walk from the Alhóndiga de Granaditas and 10 minutes from the Callejón del Beso and the Jardín de la Unión, as well as other tourist attractions. Con cama king size y un hermoso balcón con vista panorámica. La casa se encuentra en medio de un jardín frondoso que permite la privacidad en todo momento. La casa cuenta con dos salidas, a 10 minutos caminando colina abajo del centro de la ciudad y a 4 minutos colina arriba del mirador del Pipila.
