In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

Each cottage provides accommodations for up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The rooms are double and 2 extra beds can be added if needed. There is a cot and a children's high chair.
