We offer an apartment in the basement, centrally located in Uppsala. The area is close to the Cathedral, the Royal Palace with the Botanical Garden, the University and the Hospital. Adjacent to the property are grass areas and nature reserves. Fully equipped kitchen and toilet in the apartment. There is a washing machine and a shower in the laundry room just outside. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. A grocery store is about 3 minutes away, and there are restaurants in the local area. Bed linen is not included, only duvets (2 150x200) and pillows.

Here you have the chance to stay centrally in Uppsala close to sights and many restaurants. Walking distance to Uppsala Central Station. The houseboat is located in Fyrisån at Stadsparken. The boat is equipped with simpler bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and oven/microwave. The beds are distributed in a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in the sleeping loft as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the parasol and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy a wood-burning stove.

If you want to be close to these amenities, this large apartment is excellent. The apartment always has clean bed linen and towels. Basic amenities, such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper, are always available in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment is always handed over to you in a clean condition.
