It has a 10 m2 terrace, a private parking space in the building's underground parking lot which is under video surveillance and common green spaces in the condominium. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Place Graslin, many restaurants in the city center and 7 minutes from Place Royal. It is also close to a very nice green space located 10 min walk "Parc de Procé".
