Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!
