Torre di Longara: comfort and relaxation just outside the city

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Beautiful apartment, entirely decorated with frescoes and overlooking a large garden. The flat is spread over two levels. On the first floor, Two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. A room with a single bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room. Downstairs: home cinema, table tennis, table football, gym, laundry room, third bathroom. The appointment is in the city centre. Public and private parking available in the immediate vicinity.

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby.
