Le long balcon vous permettra d’admirer la vue en profitant de l’extérieur. Votre voiture sera stationnée dans un box sécurisé au sous-sol de l’immeuble.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Vineyard, gastronomy and must-see places (lakes, Orient Forest, Nigloland amusement park, Essoyes and its painter RENOIR...) are a must You will appreciate the cottage for its large living room, equipped kitchen, comfort, and foosball table. Cottage for 8 people min and not rented for parties. Champagne tasting and sales possible.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

In champagne at the gates of Burgundy, discover our new renovated house for a relaxing stay for the whole family, where you can enjoy the outdoor pool to share, patio, garden and private entrance. Refined decor, 1 family room with shower room and toilet, 1 master bedroom with island bath and toilet. This house is located in the property of the Villa des Chouettes near the vineyards, amusement park, Troyes, and the Orient Forest Lake.
