Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Beautiful holiday villa with private heated pool with hydromassage near Krka National Park. In a quiet environment overlooking the Ivan Meštrović mausoleum. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds for 6 people, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a toilet. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for living. In front of the house there is a sunbathing area with a swimming pool and a fireplace, and a table and chairs for dining in the evening atmosphere with complete privacy. Behind the house there is a parking lot for 4 vehicles

This beautiful newly built villa Marina is located in the picturesque village Neorić where you can relax and enjoy all the modern amenities placed in calm and stress free area. If you're in search for a place with complete privacy, away from the noisy environment but still fairly close to all local attractions (30km to Split), look no more. The villa is modernly equipped and fully covered with an AC units and it is also worth to mention more than 1000 square meters of private outdoor space.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

This exceptional holiday home is located in the peaceful village of Čavoglave. The house itself is newly built with all amenities, and the outdoor area also includes a heated swimming pool. It is divided into an big apartment and two smaller apartments on the second floor with all amenities. The entire space is for you, there are no other guests. The source of the Čikola River is located in the 100 meters down and you can often saw domestic animals such as horses in the village.

A private pool area features a refreshing turquoise pool surrounded by sun loungers and an umbrella. Two glasses of orange drinks with straws are placed near the water, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Olive trees add greenery in the background, enhancing the inviting outdoor space.
