So you'll be ready to take on the city. Nestled in the heart of old Rouen with its medieval streets and houses that defy the laws of balance, the apartment will allow you to enjoy the many good restaurants, bistros and cozy shops located nearby. The journey between Rouen Rive Droite train station and the apartment takes about ten minutes on foot. If you arrive by car you can park your vehicle, at the parking lot of the Hôtel de Ville a few meters from the apartment by exiting at "Pedestrian walkways" (It costs 15 Euros per 24 hours). Another parking lot about 8/9 minutes away also exists for the same rate: Palais de Justice ("Cathédrale" pedestrian exit). This parking lot is much cleaner, larger, and the spaces are more spacious. Otherwise, parking can be done on the street, with limited time and parking meters. Street parking is free from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. as well as on Sundays and public holidays. At the bottom of the building, bikes are available for rent. Finally, public transportation by bus is minutes away. Subject to letting us know in advance, check-in can be done 24/7 at no extra cost

Small 2-room apartment totally independent of our home. 2 rooms plus an entrance, recent and very well-equipped, in the countryside, ideal for discovering inland Normandy. Located on the ground floor, covered south-facing terrace offering a beautiful outdoor space in any season. Our property is secluded, in the countryside with no other homes around. Very quiet as it overlooks a courtyard. Parking is possible right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs under the eaves. This place is close to the RN 175, 5 km from the center of Bourg-Achard towards Pont-Audemer. It's a part of my house that's become too big. The entry is independent. Shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor, kitchenette on the ground floor. The bedroom is upstairs. A double bed 180*200, a pull-out bed 2* 90*190 and a baby bed. The housing is on RN175, 5 km from the center of Bourg Achard towards Pont-Audemer. It's the left part of our home.
