We offer two apartments on the the ground floor of our home. Appartamento Vigne Piane has a large bedroom with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a living room (with sofa bed) and an extra bathroom. This spacious apartment has two private entrances and a well-equipped kitchen. Vigne Piane is ideal for couples, families, and friends traveling together. Our pool invites to leisure and the thick walls of our typical Italian home sustain a pleasant indoor climate year-round.

FLOS si trova al piano terra ed è composto da due camere matrimoniali, due bagni, un ampio open space con cucina a isola e zona living. Lo spazio interno si estende verso l’esterno grazie a un giardino, dotato di salotto e una fontana dal design unico. I pavimenti in ceramica Mutina Mater color bianco enfatizzano la luce naturale nella zona giorno con eleganza materica. Completano la zona living un divano in pelle bianca di Poltrona Frau e “The Frame”, una TV che si trasforma in opera d’arte.

ARYA è un Bed and Breakfast situato a Roccasecca (Frosinone), offre una sistemazione esclusiva di circa 40 metri quadri in stile retrò e dotata di tutti i comfort moderni, di una cucina esclusiva e di un bagno in camera privato. Il nostro appartamento è dotato di un accesso indipendente per gli ospiti con la possibilità del self check-in e di un ampio parcheggio gratuito privato all'interno della struttura. L'appartamento è ubicato vicino a tante attività commerciali raggiungibili a piedi.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
