Terra Delle Sidhe, Seggiano, Tuscany, Italy

Terra delle Sidhe is a small organic farm located in southern Tuscany overlooking a beautiful valley located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, between the medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Seggiano. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

The house is small, so those who know how to adapt to spaces that are small in favor of a privileged position. It is in fact in a pedestrian area a few steps to the beach (both establishment and free access) and the center of the village. You'll love experiencing the sea and in the hottest hours you can come home for lunch, leaving a towel and umbrella on the beach. Supplied free of charge 2 bicycles. Free and paid parking adjacent to and nearby.

Angeli Studio Apartment

Relax in this quiet space in a central location. The studio is on the second floor accessible with outdoor stairs overlooking the upper village. After parking your car in the private courtyard in the inner courtyard, you can fully enjoy our small jewel village on foot. The studio has a terrace and a private bathroom, but the entrance hallway is shared with two other apartments as well as the washing machine.

The House of Lemons

It's a small house with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. From the external stairs you can reach the solarium, furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deckchair. Below the house, with access from the external stairs, is my laundry area that I will use with the utmost respect for my guests. The outdoor courtyard is shared and, during high season, will house 2 of our cars.

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED THE ACCOMMODATION TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EACH NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment for the total of the nights booked. Bright penthouse with wonderful views of the Island of Elba and a large panoramic terrace that surrounds the apartment.
