Un havre de paix

You need to recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting, quiet, in an authentic Corsican mountain. Hiking trails, ideal roads for cyclists and motorcyclists, Beaches an hour away, natural pools in Asco and Restonica. There is a supermarket in Ponte Leccia 20 minutes away with a tobacco shop, gas station, doctor, restaurants, bakeries. A butcher comes by every Tuesday morning around 10:30 a.m. Bread delivery service Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday around 8:15 am.

Nestled in the center of the beautiful village of pied 'Orezza, U Sole D'Orezza (the sun of Orezza), offers beautiful hikes on the surrounding trails but also to discover the sandy beaches of the seaside resort of Moriani at 30 minutes. In addition, its strategic location forty-five minutes from Bastia Poretta airport, one hour from Bastia, Corté, Aleria and one hour and a half from Ile Rousse and Balagne, invites you to easily radiate throughout Corsica.

Between the sea and the mountains, at the crossroads of the tourist roads, we offer a 32 m2 studio, ideally located 5 minutes from the main road serving the north of the island, the south as well as the Balagne. This very bright accommodation is located in Ponte Novu, 5 minutes from the train station serving Bastia, Ajaccio, Corte, Calvi. It has a large 180 x 200 bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a terrace area, and a secure parking space.

Beautiful master suite, very atypical, 40 m2 with private terrace. It is composed of a 140 bed and a 140 sofa bed for four maxi people, walk-in shower, inside fridge, microwave, traditional coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle. Outside the suite you have a small kitchen with a very pleasant terrace in summer with hot plates, dishes and sink. On the other hand, on bad weather days and out of season it will be difficult to access the kitchen.

70 m² apartment in the old center, completely renovated, on the first floor (no elevator) of a building facing the sea. Beautiful volumes with vaulted ceilings, offering stunning sea views, the freshness of old buildings with thick walls, the proximity (5-min walk) to a small neighborhood beach, the ease of public parking, shops and the historic center of the Citadel (3 min), will contribute to a charming stay in the heart of Bastia.

Small house in the mountains.

An 80 m2 house on the edge of a stream in a small village between sea and mountain (570 m altitude). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Faces south/east. This house is also advertised with a version for eight people with an additional annex (two bedrooms and a shower room) under the title "charming mountain house". Whatever version you choose, you're the only tenants.
