Apartment in Castellammare del Golf

The house is located in the City Center, just near the Port and the little beach of "Petrolo". The apartment is composed by a living-room with a kitchen and a balcony, a double bedroom (upstairs) one room with a bunk bed, one bathroom. The location is very close to the main attractions of the area: you might have a great walking into the Zingaro Natural Park (20 minutes by car), or see the medieval town of Erice, the ancient greek temple of Segesta and the Village of Scopello. The street is very quiet but close to supermarkets (medium size), cafes, restaurants and other shops. You can walk to the Port where you can have a breakfast or a dinner just in front of the sea!

Very nice apartment in the heart of Castellammare del Golfo, in the middle of all interesting places of the town.The place is in a quite area and at the same time very close to the movida of the town.There are: kitchen,Livingroom, 2 master bedrooms, a double debroom, 2 bath rooms and it is ideal as for a couple like for a group of friends o for a big family.The owner is available to give you all informations you need, support, and also transfert to and from airport. Goditi una vacanza all'insegna dello stile in questo spazio in centro. Il nostro punto forte è sicuramente la vista sul porto e sul castello di Castellammare. Immersa nelle vie storiche, la suite del Golfo offre un soggiorno Smart grazie ad Alexa e alla possibilità di fare check-in e check-out a distanza, così da accogliervi o salutarvi in qualsiasi orario. Narciso Blu, spaziosa casa in centro con terrazza!

Appartamento a primo e secondo piano. Il primo piano è dotato di: un soggiorno con balcone,piccolo w.c, spaziosa camera matrimoniale con balcone e una cameretta con due letti singoli. Il secondo piano è composto di:una cucina\pranzo con antistante terrazzo, una camera da letto singola e un bagno con doccia. L'appartamento è di circa 75mq, è abbastanza luminoso e soprattutto spazioso. L'immobile si trova a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal centro storico pedonale e a 7 minuti da ' Cala Petrolo'.

Villetta luminosa e comoda a due passi da Macari

Bilocale IMMERSO NEL VERDE, con vista sull'immensa distesa di uliveti, sulle montagne e sul mare in lontananza. Punti di forza: ampio giardino esterno dove rilassarsi, mangiare godendo di fantastici tramonti, barbecue, PARCHEGGIO GRATUITO, doccia interna ed esterna. Si trova a Castelluzzo, al centro tra due splendide riserve: la Riserva di Monte Cofano e la Riserva dello Zingaro. A pochi km si trovano spiagge mozzafiato, quella di San Vito lo Capo, la cala del Bue Marino e tante.
