A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

We are 10 min from the motorway toll of Sasso Marconi and 5 min from the station of "Vado-Monzuno". Breakfast is provided. In case of groups of 5 people we host the fifth guest free of charge by providing the sofa bed.

Completely independent, it is located in a renovated 15th-century village, in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, in the locality of Marzabotto-Luminasio. The village is 2 sq km (uphill) from Marzabotto and about 20 sq km from Bologna. Marzabotto can be reached from Bologna by train or bus. But to get to the village you need to have a car because there is no public transport from Marzabotto to Luminasio.
