A pochi metri, si trovano diversi negozi alimentari di produzione propria, bar e pizzerie. Inoltre, si trova a pochi passi dalle fermate dei bus per l’ospedale Miulli e per Bari. Per giunta, Cassano delle Murge, oltre che essere un borgo caratteristico si trova in una zona equidistante fra le città di Matera e Bari.

Small cottage with large private pool

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.

Quercus: Apartment with terrace

"Quercus" is a 19th century building, located in the historic center of Alberobello, within the magnificent setting of the trulli (typical local buildings and UNESCO heritage site). The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, each with a private and independent bathroom, and a kitchenette.
