The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. The rooms are spacious and have unique ceilings, called "starry," typical of ancient architecture. The internal stairs are steep. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its peculiarities, for groups of children.

The house has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 bunk bed. My place is good for couples even with kids

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
