In a quiet residence, 50 m2 duplex apartment with a superb sea view in Tiuccia (25 min Ajaccio) The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and has been recently refurbished, it has all the necessary comforts (equipped kitchen, washing machine, internet) for a pleasant stay. Exceptional site, Corsican apartment, sea pool

Our children call our apartment "le Joyau". It is an exceptional place, with full sea views, not overlooked, in a quiet and clean residence, close to shops, doctor and pharmacy included. The pool has great views of the Gulf of Liscia. The private garden is an extraordinary asset for meals, or resting in sun loungers facing the sea. It's 30 minutes from Ajaccio, so close to the airport. Sports activities on the beach are plentiful.
