This self-contained annex forms part of my bungalow, but enjoys its own private entrance which allows guests complete freedom to come and go as they please. The Beach Hut is an annexe attached to our home in Carbis Bay. It has 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor, then open plan living on the first floor with lovely sea views. Parking can fit 2 cars. EV charging available at an extra cost by prior arrangement. It takes just 10 minutes to walk down to the beach or 25 minutes to walk to St Ives. There's a local pub and some excellent restaurants close by, plus a well stocked supermarket. Please see below with regards to babies & children.

Perfect space for couples. One bedroom with king sized bed with the only shower room being en-suite to it. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately.
