In the heart of Normandy, in the Natural Parc of the Seine, border of a national forest, less than 20 minutes from Rouen city center. The cottage is located in the domain of the "Manoir de l'Aumônerie built in 1214 by the Templar knights. This Norman farm is an enchanting setting. You will discover the medieval garden with 200 species, the orchard, the chapel Saint Gorgon and the charming village of Saint Martin de Boscherville.

Ideal for 1 or 2 people, you will love its small garden, renovated interior and private parking space. Ideally located close to shops (supermarket 500 m away, bakery 50 m away). A bus stop 100 m away (TEOR T3 every 5 to 10 min) that allows you to be on the banks of the Seine in 10 min and in the center of Rouen in 15 to 20 min. If you like forest walks, access to Roumare Forest is 500 m away.
