The house is located among the narrow streets of the historic centre of the charming village of Pettorano, amidst the slow pace of nature and village life, and is just a few kilometres from the ski slopes and other villages. The house can only be reached on foot or by minicar, motorbike or bike. It has a separate entrance, a fireplace, a bedroom and a sofa bed, and can accommodate up to four guests. Garage at street level for storing motorbikes, bicycles and ski equipment. Working Wi-Fi.

Villa Rādyca (1150m above sea level) consists of 6 bedrooms (16 beds), a living room, a kitchen, 4 bathrooms and a games room ... for a total of over 200sqm. It is located in "Le Scalate", a green residential area in Villa Celiera, within Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga National Park, between Mt. Morrone and Merletti di Villa Celiera rocky spurs, with views of the surrounding mountains, and is also a few kilometres from the Piana del Voltigno. Pescara and the beach are 40km away.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
