Relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful and beautiful house in the most scenic UNESCO heritage area, located near the lovely town Todi in Umbria. Enjoy life near a big pool and with wonderful views as far the eye can reach. This well maintained house is located in its own olive grove. As the house is located approx. 500 m above sea level there is often a nice breeze which even during hot days makes the temperature comfortable. The house has good WIFI coverage (30 mbs).

The kitchen, which leads to a terrace with enchanting views, is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals independently. Going up two more flights of stairs leads to the tower, used for relaxation with armchairs and TV.

Casa Roscetta, Todi Home with a view

Casa Roscetta, situated in the Hills of Umbria, with breathtaking views of the Italian countryside, especially the medieval town of Todi, only a 10 minute drive away. The outdoor pool and Wifi are part of the various high-end amenities available to our guests. The house was first renovated in the 1980's from a stone farm house. The pool was built in the 1990's and the entire house has just been completely renovated in 2020 to a high standard.
