Close to the center and a 5-minute walk from the beach, the accommodation is on the 2nd floor (under roof). It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, an independent bedroom, and a bathroom. Quite quiet, central passage (lots of commerce nearby) and very little noise. It can be for hikers and admirers, the starting point for hiking excursions by the sea (GR34 towards Pointe du Grouin or towards the bay of Mont St Michel).

From the apartment you can easily reach the Douaniers trails. The 28 m2 apartment includes a living room, bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and small plus a terrace of 5 m2 facing south. TV, on the other hand, no Wifi (we get 4G well).
